Meditation means surrendering to the universe and accepting the unconditional love we receive when we decide to let go. So we're no longer in resistance with our mind. When we manage to focus on the Light, our thoughts disappear and our mind escapes. We release all tension in our bodies. Our breathing brings us back to the present. The more we align our energies, the more we move towards our path. Synchronicities can now take place. Our thoughts are no longer polluted by the mind, but become as clear and transparent as a pure diamond. Meditation is therefore an evolutionary process on the physical level. It enables us to develop our concentration, let go, connect with the Source, reduce stress, rediscover the love within us, be in the present moment, regenerate ourselves energetically and avoid illness.
